SpinWheelKit respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This policy explains how to submit a copyright infringement notice and how we will respond.

What We Do

SpinWheelKit is a browser-based collection of wheel spinner tools. Users can enter names, choices, numbers, countries, teams, and simple questions into the tools for local random selection. We do not provide a public content hosting service, and tool inputs are not published by the site.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that text, images, code, design elements, or other materials published on SpinWheelKit infringe your copyright, please send a written DMCA notice to:

Required Information

To be valid under the DMCA, your notice must include all of the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list is acceptable.
3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (e.g., the specific URL).
4. Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Response to Valid Notices

Upon receipt of a complete and valid DMCA notice, we will review the claim and take appropriate action, which may include removing or updating the identified material from the website where technically feasible.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the email address above. A valid counter-notice must comply with the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).

Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances, we will disable access for users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.
